• Design of Solutions’ role in Business Needs and Requirements.
• Provide technical support and consulting services about infra-architecture design, system operation design and troubleshooting.
• Work with application maintenance team to troubleshoot infrastructure related issues and to provide them with necessary information or permission for application troubleshooting.

DESIGN DEPARTMENT

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to Developer.
• Create wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Delivering mock-ups and design specs.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverable to peers and executive level stakeholders.

• Assist and supports business activities and tasks according to overall project timeline.
• Assist in developing and controlling the project schedule for specific IT work streams.
• Track and communicate project risks, opportunities and activities to Project Manager.
• Prepare updates to Project Manager on project’s progress.
