Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios including functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software and systems meet business and technical requirements.
  • Identify, investigate root causes of defects and work closely with the development team to ensure permanent resolution and prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts and project managers to clarify requirements, track project risks and communicate testing progress.
  • Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, test scenarios, reports and other assigned documents to support project and operational needs.
  • Perform testing on both staging and production environments (Site Production) to verify system stability before and after go-live.
  • Conduct system training sessions for end-users or clients and support UAT phase until all test sign-offs are completed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer business, Business Administration, or any fields.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience working in a similar role and New graduate are welcome.
  • Well versed in Microsoft office/O365.
